Suns/Bulls deal if D'Antoni is Bulls coach

This would have to be a back-door deal conceived prior to the draft but consummated AFTER free agent signings are allowed (roughly 15 July)

Nash/Barbosa/Diaw/#15 pick (we pick who Bulls want)

for

Gooden/Deng (or Nocioni---S&T @ $8.5mil)/Duhon (S&T @ $5mil)/Gordon (S&T @ $7mil)/Sefalosha

then split the MLE between Giricek and Skinner.
The Suns have better defense and depth in the deal.

Gives the Suns a new line-up of:

Duhon/Gordon/DJ
Hill/Bell/Tucker
Deng/Giricek/Sefalosha
Amare/Gooden
Shaq/Skinner

Gives the Bulls a better start for D'Antoni with Nash/Barbosa/Diaw/Ty Thomas/Noah/Gray to go with picks #9/#15/#39
They'll have the opportunity to re-sign Nocioni (in all honesty I wouldn't care if we get Deng or Nocioni in the deal as long as the other pieces are involved. They can then trade Hinrich for more pieces as well.
