I bet he's gonna injure Kobe's leg/knee/ankle next while trying to steal a rebound from him.

I'll take heat for this but Kareems one short coming was missing finals because of severe head aches. This is the one thing I hoped Bynum wouldn't take after Kareem.

The problem is Bynum is at frat partys DANCING and not on the bench during the play-offs. He missed the play-offs last year too. I want him to come to the games and stop distancing himself from the team. He needs to see the games to miss them. He could learn alot at least watching w/ Kareem and Gasol. Study the play-off competition for the future dynasty.

I don't like the way my beloved Lakers are handling this.

Hes 20 man. Hes been living as an adult since 17, if he wants to go dance and party safely he should go ahead. I doubt dancing with chicks hurt his knees, its not like hes on cruthces or limping around. Whats he supposed to do on a Friday or Saturday night? Rehab? Yea right!

I bet if it was up to Bynum hed be out there playing 10-15 minutes off the bench, but the Lakers are simply not taking any chances with him. Not when Mitch and company believe hes our future franchise for the next 12 years. I say rest up for next season. Hell, I think he should play a few summer league games just to see where hes at with that knee.

My honest speculation is that he's taken too long to heal so the plan is to undergo surgery to see if there is any other damage. Microfracture is highly unlikely as he didn't injure his ligaments. There is still a chance he tore it though through rehab. Heck Oden needed microfracture for getting off the coach in the wrong way. My guess is the staff wanted it to heal naturally but it didn't work so they will have the surgery which will have a few months of rehab in addition. Who knows though.

I'm guessing it's syphilis.

Maybe it's finally lupus. (No, it's never lupus.)

Maybe it's good kid who is very worried, and so, is trying to be very careful. Do you see the Laker front office panicking?

Nevertheless, to be safe, I recommend you trade Bynum to my Hawks for Salim Stoudemire. You can add some picks to us if it makes you feel better.
My mother told me, she said, "Elwood, to make it in this world you either have to be oh, so clever or oh, so pleasant." Well, for years I was clever; I recommend pleasant.
