Most diverse NBA teams?

Post#1 » by Farsi Man » Thu May 8, 2008 2:28 am

Which teams have the most diverse cast?

IMO Toronto and LA have the most diverse casts just like the cities themselves. San Antonio is up there, Phoenix too. Houston with an Asian, African, and South American.

Least diverse teams? Detroit? All Americans except Hermann. Philly?

I'll say. All Americans. Only white players are Pollard and Scalabrine, neither of whom ever play.

Phoenix has to be up there in diversity. Brazil, France, Canada, Croatia.t

Not many teams can claim racial diversity (since the abundance of NBA players are black or white).

What exactly is diversity?

Cultural or racial makeup? Everyone keeps listing different nationalities, is this diversity? Interestingly, it seems that most of these international players are white, which would usually be seen as a lack of diversity.

The differences are what you make them. These teams care only about what they bring to the team, and this 'diversity' is a non-issue

No that'd be New York. Every guy on that team is American and every guy is black except for David Lee.
