Team Nike vs Team Adidas

Post#1 » by The Main Event » Thu May 8, 2008 5:45 pm

I pose this hypothetical question to you guys. In your opinion, who would win, Team Nike or Team Adidas?

I'm just gonna name off random players i know that represent each team (feel free to add anyone that is noteworthy)-

NIKE -

PG- Chris Paul
SG - Kobe
SF - Lebron
PF - Amare
C - Sheed (or Brand)

V.S

ADIDAS -

PG - Arenas
SG - Billups
SF - TMAC
PF - Duncan
C - Howard (or KG)

They should let these teams go at it for a charity event. Who wouldn't want to see this?

Not nearly as bad... I see Sheed holding his own with Howard right now, and I've seen Amare drop close to 40 on Duncan.

Throw in LeBron and it's not even close.

Also, Nike has 3 of the top 5 MVP candidates.

Amare at Center would get trampelled by KG and or Howard.

Anthony is actually with Jordan
if we count that as Nike might as well count Converse (belongs to Nike)
Reebok belongs to Adidas

I don't see there being any chance that the adidas team can guard the Nike team.

Nike

G- Paul
G - Kobe
F - Lebron
F - Dirk
C - Amare

Adidas

G - Arenas
G - McGrady
F - Garnett
F - Duncan
C - Howard

Duncan and Howard are a ridiculous defensive backcourt.

Paul to Amare is ridiculous as well though. Add Kobe and Lebron to that.

It is too close too call. Both teams are crazy.
