To me it seemed like West was really frustrated at the end, and it seemed to really hurt his focus. I think this could be huge for the series, and perhaps could finally be a sign of the Hornets showing their youth. If I'm Pop, I keep going man-to-man, except maybe on West. Try to trap and fluster him, and throw him off his game a little.

The Spurs win 110-99. Paul only had 9 assists. New Orleans scored only 99 points. When we score 100+ we win. Paul can score 40 and New Orleans will lose. Paul needs to create shots for his teammates in order to fire the engine. Peja, Peterson, Pargo, and Wells were shut down. West and Chandler were fighting fiercely.
This is the real Spurs. Parker and Ginobili both scored 31. Finley scored 11. Bowen scored 12. Duncan struggled but contributed in other facets of the game. We outscored New Orleans 56-43 in the second half and we were trailing by 2 at the half. Karma is a bitch.

Good point. I think they should allow CP3 get his 35 to 40 points, and just take everyone else out the game. Kind of like they play the Suns, let Nash and Amare get their points, but not letting Nash get everyone else involved. It works in the long run. Ofcourse you have to be able to put points in the board.mitchweber wrote:To me it seemed like West was really frustrated at the end, and it seemed to really hurt his focus. If Duncan Manu and Parker have good games, they could easily get back with that strategy.
