Let me start...

Head Coach: Tom Thibidoue
Assistants: Phil Webber, Alvin Gentry, Eddie Johnson (offensive guru) and Paul Silas

Free agent: Micheal Pietruis, Gordon Giriciek, JR Smith,Keyon Dooling,Kurt Thomas. (I'm not saying to sign them all but at least two of them, if possible)

Draft pick: Nicholas Batum ( athletic freak, a Shawn Marion type of player but with the ability to create a shot for himself and others. needs to be develope. Here is were Eddie Johnson comes in.)

Dream trade:Leandro Barbosa for the Bobcats draft pick. With the Bobcats pick we pick either Eric Gordon or Russel Westbrook.
