Heh, can't wait to see what Fats thinks of this!

I'd probably consider it...but then again the 8th pick doesn't mean much to me. Personally I'd probably rather have Bell; as most here know I really want an upgrade to our perimeter D.

you could have bell!! :) Suns would probably attempt to slide in DJ Strawberry at SG if that were to happen.

This is a good trade for both teams. It'd be good for me so I can keep rooting for LB in Charlotte :)

It /only/ happens if the Bobcats no longer value Morrison as a future piece of the starting squad.

now come on spectre... if there's one thing you should have learned about me its that i love combo guards and players from south america just as much as i love euros and slow white guys. :D

so yes, i would trade ammo and 8 for barbosa and 15.

Eh, I guess I would do this. I'd feel better about sending back Matt Carroll instead of Ammo though.

No doubt...just didn't know which flavor you fancied most!

If only Barbosa wasn't so bad defensively.

gotcha... yes, tough call based on players i root for... but i'd give the nod to barbosa since he is proven and the fact that i think we can get something at 15 thats just as likely to make in impact as what we can get at 8... kinda what cash was talking about in the other thread.

Barbosa, absolutely. Bell, never.

Barbosa is good wherever, with whomever. Hes just that good of a player. Bell, to me, is a benefactor of the system that Phoenix played. Want another example, look at Quentin Richardson.

Plus Raja is 31 years old. Players like him tend to take a pretty big dropoff in the next season or two. Besides, I think Bell is the next guy Phoenix will look to dump.

So to move down 7 spots, I want someone who is going to be a part of my franchise for more then just say 2 or 3 years.

Very good deal, I'd be excited to do it. Barbosa has a few A+ features: his 3-ball and speed, which are enough for him to contribute a lot for us. I don't think Morrison will ever be as good as Barbosa, and to me the #8 pick, even if it's Randolph, is probably not THAT much better than #15.
