I don't know the answer exactly since the salaries are not clear in Europe(especially in Russia) as in Nba, but I know that CSKA Moscow's whole budget is more than 50 million dollars so as someone mentioned before it must be around 3-4 million.

I believe Langdon makes about 2.2 million euros NET. Remember NBA player salaries are GROSS. Langdon also gets his house, car, bills EVERYTHING paid for.

His salary under NBA cap rules would count more than the full MLE. And I believe he is 5th highest paid player on his own team.

LA should trade for his rights. Two Gasols are better than one. He has incentive to go there cuz of Pau plus he has a chance to win a title. He should be more accepting of whatever money they give him.

As long as the prestige of Europe is what it is, I don't think too many players will jump ship. Maybe some Euros will stick around because they are already home. However, there is much more prestige of winning an NBA championship than winning any other title in basketball.

Considering only 1 of 30 teams win the title, I think it's safe to say that it doesn't play that big of a role unless the MLE player in question is on a contending team.

I do agree that many NBA'ers won't jump ship right now. But over the next 3-4 years that could change.
