I like David West and I think too many people discount him as a product of Paul, but he isn't better than Bosh. They are comparable rebounders and defenders, but Bosh is the superior offensive player. And that is enough to give him the edge. Bosh is the better volume scorer and is more efficient. Bosh has proven that he can be the number one option on a playoff team. And as previously mentioned, Bosh doesn't have a supporting cast that complements him perfectly as West does.

don't forget the attention that Bosh draws and gets consistent double teams. Where as on NO you have Chris Paul, Peja, and to an extent Chandler to worry about. and Raptors, do ur thang on Bosh and everyone else is easily guard able as they are all stand still shooters.

It's fairly close, but I'd take Bosh and be comfortable with my choice.

IMO West is a little bit overrated.
