Then Kobe trips on his own feet shooting a three and guess what foul on AK. I don't know if they were make up calls but those two calls on almost back-to-back posessions really got the Lakers back in the game.

your arguement is pretty weak..........it was those two calls that got the lakers back in the 4th............not the 4 three pointers (3 by fish and 1 by odom) knocked down in the last 4 minutes..........or maybe it was that the jazz only scored 6 points on their last 7 possessions of the quarter.

yeah, your correct..........it was those two points and not the other 10 the lakers made to come back from a 12 point deficit that really got the lakers back in the game.

Let's learn how to count...okay Lakers make a 2-pt, Technical foul on Okur, thats a shot +1 pt, and the ball in which they made a 3-pointer, so that right there is 6 points. Then Kobe gets fouled so thats another 3points. So its not 2 points its actually 9 points from those two plays and 9 points does go a long way when your down 12.

After the technical free throws, Lakers get the ball back thats why its a technical foul, when they got the ball back they made a 3-pt which is 4 points right there.

anyway I wasn't trying to complain about the refs, I actually said they were prolly make-up calls at the end, the point is that both teams get more calls at home which is how the NBA has always worked.

lakers already had possession of the ball when okur got his T. it gave one free throw and then the lakers finished their possession with a fisher 3 pointer. it wasn't the T plus the ball. Kobe made his shot and got fouled.......so that's one point for the foul.

i suggest you use the link dcash provided

The Lakers already had possession of the ball. The 3 pointer that they made was in no way because of the refs. Thats just absurd. And the refs were probably sick of Okur and the rest of the Jazz b!tching about every single call that went agaisnt them.

Utah had this game locked up, being up 12 with only a few minutes to go. Refs had nothing to do with the fact Fisher was unconsious and LO had one of the better games i've ever seen from him.

Kobe was slowed, which is why AK was able to keep up and do what he does...normally Kobe would drive right past him and get fouled (see games 1-3).

Utah doesn't have an answer for Kobe, and LA cant figure out how to stop Deron.

no excuses game 5
