Didnt Amare basically average what West did last night for a series a couple years ago?

Difference is West has a better team and a better PG around him.

I already had a more pertinent thread comparing West to Bosh. The fact that West is even considered to maybe be better than Amare lends credence to my thread that West is better than Bosh, even though most there did not agree.

I wouldn't just say that, Amare on offense is a beast, he can tear it up, hes faster, more athletic, and he has a lot of skills. West on the other hand is a much better defender then Amare.

I don't know about West's D outside, but his post D is pretty good, since he's a strong player..he can block some shots too, like Stoudemire..so I'd say he's a much better defender..

West is also more versatile..better post player..the jump shot is the same..neither guy passes a lot..

West was going from near-overrated to underrated again..CP3 is a great player, but he clearly didn't "make" David West..
