As I read about it and it was explained to me, if I remember correctly it is like a 50/50 raffle at a bingo hall.

The team with the worst record gets the most tickets(numbers), then the computer selects a # for the 3rd pick. Whatever team is holding that # gets the 3rd pick.
This is then done again for the 2nd, and then again for the 1st.

Um, how was the Gerald Green situation mishandled? Green just doesn't get it, there's a reason he's out of the league right now. For Minny to get Snyder and a draft pick for him was a boon.

If they weren't sold on Green (which they clearly weren't when they declined his option before the season), then they should have traded him immediately after acquiring him. Instead they kept him on the bench for most of the season and watch him trade value go in the toilet.

I know a player's trade value doesn't always equal to their value on RealGM, but if they dealt him before the season (when they had already had questions about his future) they could have gotten a decent amount more than Kirk Snyder.

I don't know. I still think the Nets would pick the same player from 7-10 and I believe it's DeAndre Jordan. Kind of like the Marcus Williams pick. Sure he was available to us at 22. But if we selected anywhere from 10-22, I think we would've drafted the same.

If we get a Top 5 pick however...

Or if I feel more of a mellow celebration...crank up the Toto.
