the worst was a season or two ago when the Celts sucked, and he would constantly go on about them, as if anyone cared.

I thought that was very funny, too. Actually, at the end of reading it I had this thought... "How is it that Bill Simmons gets away with writing all the time about his home team for a national sports website?" But then it occurred to me that, were he always to make an effort to give equal attention to other squads, we'd really never get this tortured, life-long fan perspective that makes some of his columns (for those of us who enjoy them) so fun to read.
Fair enough. I'm pretty tired of Boston, too. But this article is just pointing out all the flaws and empty hype that goes into the Celtics, and if you're bitter and cynical at this point, you might enjoy that.
As funny as it might be I can not stomach a Bill Simmons Boston rant. I am so freaking sick of Boston sports and Boston sports fans and especially Red Sox fans from outside of New England.

It's some gay saying that doc found in uganda or some other african country meaning unity or closeness or some other crap that made the red sox nation orgasm in unison and cop more pink hats.
Ubuntu is a famous Linux distro.
I advise everyone to try it. It is really easy for noobs.
