Raja has shown some brilliant plays / passes during the playoffs and in the season.

He can't create for himself but he has some of the basketball IQ that allowed him to generate assists much more so than Barbosa has ever done.

I never said anything about Raja's BB IQ or his passing skills. All I said is he can't beat his man off the dribble, and that his ball handling skills, i.e. dribbling, is average at best.
