Reddick's game is made for Adelman's offence. On D he'd have to be hidden. As a reseve he'd be fine, just hope he doesn't have to play major minutes.

I wouldnt say 10 times better, but I still would take Novak over J.J., but J.J. is a better defender than Novak.

They're both equally poor defenders, but i'll take Novak for his height. You can't teach height.

Last time I checked we have a 6'9 version of JJ Redick sitting on the bench.

How bout we trade Head and a 2nd rounder for him.

I don't think magic will do that but if they do it is a done deal. JJ is a low-risk player and I don't mind having him on our roster. Of course it depends if GG comes back or not.

From an Orlando fan I can tell you this...Orlando is willing to give up J.J, but they'd need something of value in return. Thus, either Luther Head and/or Chuck Hayes and/or probably a future pick (likely a 2nd).

Orlando puts a lot of value in Redick. The Magic will likely lose their starting SG Maurice Evans, one of their combo guards in Keyon Dooling and possibly their other backup guard, Keith Bogans, meaning that while J.J hasnt played much but he could very well be a starter or a key contributor next year.

Thus, while JJ hasnt played much, Orlando feels they must get at least a good role player in return, a solid starter or two good backups in return, but I could see our two teams making a swap

It seems like the Magic wants the moon for Redick. He isnt worth a 1st rounder.

Oh hell no, he sucks dude, you're not getting Luther head or chuck hayes- two players who are proven to be great reg season players, and JJ redick, who hasn't proved anything at all except in college. No team in their right minds would give up a starter or solid role players for a scrub who hasn't proved himself.
