Evidently, they are finding out just now that Oberto is a big stiff white guy who relies on dirty under the basket play and flopping to get by.. and Kurt Thomas is the only guy on their bench worth driving to the arena because the rest of them are so ungodly old..
Is anyone else surprised that the Spurs didn't try a little harder to get Splitter in there this year? They could probably use him right about now.

--- Well, generally at this time of the year it's Suns fans who are confused and depressed ...
and no, we didn't beat them but I'll take what I can get. I have a powerful dislike of the Spurs and anything that causes them grief is tonic for my soul.
I'm sure others understand what I mean.

No kidding. This thread is embarrassing. We got beat by the same team 3 times the past 4 years and people want to talk about revenge. This is one thing you can always count on every offseason, getting eliminated by the San Antonio Spurs, along with selling draft picks.

The 2005-06 Suns will always have a special place in my heart

I do the same thing with teh Mavs since they're the Number 1 team on my hate list.
And with them it actually always works since every single year they wind up having a more disapointing season then us

They are now, after that cheap shot on David West. What a bush league chump.
That's the kind of crap that makes me hate this team. I watched the replay half a dozen times and he elevated up onto his toes and shoved West with both arms crossed, in the small of his back.
I would really like to see someone the hornets don't need too much go in and just take the f***r out, accidentally.
Good old hard-nosed playoff ball, right?
