Anyone who wouldnt stay loyal to Dwill is crazy.

all i had to say about the series is Deron can only do so much, he needs some more help from the team, we usually get that from booze but we didnt see him most the playoffs, i say its safe to say that deron carried the team as far as he could

Deron's overrated? Obviously he's going to improve as he gains more experience, but the guy was an absolute stud in this series. If Boozer had played up to expectations, we would be waiting for an opponent in the Western Conference Finals right now. It's that simple. Deron proved to me beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is worth a max contract and that he's a guy you can build a championship team around, even if he did miss a contested last second shot. Boozer proved that, even after it forced him to miss 49 games a couple years ago, his pussy isn't quite healed yet.

Deron is a beast, like you have said you get him 1 legit all-star and you guys are set for the next 10 years.

Deron Williams is an incredible player. He impressed me a lot this series. Scary part is that he's only going to get better too.

Hopefully he can make team USA and become even smarter in the offseason.
As for the Harpring stuff I'm seeing, did you see all those rebounds he had down the stretch? He is still a big part of our bench! As for CJ who knows what happens this offseason maybe he becomes a stater!

I think we give Fez a shot next year and concentrate on getting a smart, experienced back up point guard! We are going to be right back here next year and have better heads for the game! This series will be in their heads all summer and hopefully make them work extra hard to become more complete players in the offseason! We have a rising star and pieces around him, a little fine tunning and this team will be right there for a ring!

Tought series. You guys have a lot to look forward to with a lot of great young assets. I'm not saying that Chandler is a better player than Okur, but if you had a guy like Tyson Chandler instead of Okur everyone would be going apesh@t over Deron. I really liked what I saw from Fesenko early in the year too, just protect him for another year like we protected Bynum and you should be fine. Fesenko has the best physical tools to make a move to the next level out of all the young centers in the league. Plus this draft is deep, lots of sleepers are waiting in the 20s. Good luck in the offseason.

As much as I agree with that statement, I know it's not going to happen. Not enough time left for him. I wish Sloan could get his ring, I really do.

I missed the game, but listened on the radio in the middle of nowhere. I can't believe this game in so many ways. I wish we could have pulled it off, but for the Jazz to have a chance to tie it at the end, just incredible. I did say that LA was THE team to beat in the West ever since the Pau deal, I never doubted it and thought the Jazz were the only team to beat them. They will roll through to the title, which sucks...

For anyone doubting Deron Williams, please don't. He IS the future of this team, no doubt about it. I don't want any other player running this team. He, unlike some others, seems to be soaking up the great experience from the playoffs like a sponge and puts it to good use. The kid is going to be an absolute superstar.

I hope the Jazz learn from their weaknesses this season and do everything they can to correct them. They need to learn to play 4 full quarters, not lose to weak teams that COST us HCA :banghead:, and they need to play defense! There are plenty of other smaller things to work on, but these are the big ones for me. Figure out if Boozer wants to play for the Jazz please! Same goes for AK, but I think he had a better playoffs. Shake things up a bit and see what happens. We will NOT win with this exact team, that is for sure.

Anyway, I'm certainly still proud to say that I am a JAZZ FAN!

GO JAZZ!!!

Having had a few days to clear my head, I must say that this was not at all a bad way to end our season. The heart we showed coming back in the 4th quarter was inspiring and genuinely moving as a fan. That we came up short should not shame us, and I'm glad that the fans at ESA gave the guys the standing ovation they deserved.

The Los Angeles Lakers weren't as much better than us as they may have thought, but they were better than us. They played a great series and deserved to win. And as there was nothing dirty or unsavory about their play, I wish them luck in the following rounds. I hope they take the title.
