Post#1 » by cdubbz » Sat May 17, 2008 5:52 am

Yeah i know no one cares, but i just found out the los angeles sparks have candace parker! Lisa leslie was out last year with a baby, sparks tank and get the number one pick and select the Lebron James of womens basketball in candace parker. coincidence?! LA sparks are a top team once again.

I don't think there is a lottery in the WNBA.

they ahd the worst record cause they lost their best player unexpectedly. i mean how would cavs do, if Lebron missed an entire season

Parker decided to come out because it was Los Angeles and it allows her to be closer to Shelden Williams. I don't think it's rigged at all, watch some of the games yourself, and you will see that it's far from being rigged. As a basketball fan I'm looking forward to the upcoming season.

I dont care much and or follow the WNBA...but are you implying that that the Sparks rigged the lady-draft based on Lisa Leslie's pregnancy?

Just wait until D-Wade gets pregnant, has to sit out another season and Miami is back on top again with two top picks and a refreshed Wade...

There's a few Star Jones jokes in here somewhere.

Well, if he plans on having more kids and is going out with Star Jones he seems like the logical choice to get pregnant.

He actually got Star Jones pregnant. Wrapping your head around that you could see why he had to sit out for the season.

That's all I got for now. It's late, so the jokes probably suck.

i gotta be honest with you guys.. i'm from a small market and i'm so jealous that my small market team isn't winning jack s**t so i just cry and whine that the NBA has a conspiracy. i'm so jealous of my small market team not getting the superstar calls because the big market teams are favored by stern because stern wants $$!

i'm not even thinking about how the spurs are a small market team but they won 4 championships.

i'm convinced that stern only cares about big markets and san antonio! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

if zeke was still NY's gm, id expect him to sit out half the team with pregnancies and yeast infections to get the top pick..... only to use it on tiago splitter, not realising he was picked years before.
