Candace Parker vs. Anthony Parker

Up to 21. One on one. They start the game with Candace up 8-0 and Anthony has the ball. Who wins?

Since Candace is a freak and Anthony is getting old, they probably have pretty close to equal athleticism. Skill-wise Anthony is definitely better, but Candace has the 8 point advantage!

LOL are you guys serious? Anthony Parker would completely **** on her..she's a W-O-M-A-N..the women's game and the men's game is completely different..the NBA is by far the biggest basketball league around, not even close..the men play a physical game against more skilled and athletic opponents..

to add to that..Anthony Parker is actually a pretty good player in the NBA, which makes it even more obvious that he would beat her..

real talk, I would beat Candace Parker..

But honestly, Anthoney parker plays in a much tougher league against much tougher players. Candance Parkers best attribute from what I read is her post skills, and how many times in a one on one game do you post up? A. Parker would blow by her on offense, and be too quick for defensively.

haha, yea you are probably right. I remember when I was a freshman in high school we (boys freshman team) played the girls varsity and killed them. They had a height advantage too. lol. gotta keep that in mind

Yea, provided that the big guy can handle the ball decently and you are not 20x quicker than him I'd say height advantage actually means more in 1v1 because you can't front him or get another defender to help out. Tho if you have a good outside shot it's easy to use a quickness advantage on the offensive end to make up for it.

Candance Parker wouldn't post Anthony Parker up. He's stronger, quicker, more athletic, taller and probably wouldn't give her a lot of room to operate down low.

Candace is a freak for a woman, which means she is still much less athletic than Anthony, or any NBA player. Its not just a difference in size, Anthony is quicker, faster, and more explosive in additional to being taller, stronger, and longer.
