OT: Knicks board

So the SB comment probably only affects like what...60% of the Celts fans. Like i said in my last post, i think this thread is dumb and that the Knicks should be able to rebuild pretty quickly. I love the Knicks forum as it has the best topics on this site, especially all the posts about peoples problems which leads to them gettin cracked on. Ive made alot of my posts on there, i got no problem with most of the NY fans. I dont blame you guys for coming here and defending your team i just dont think bringing up the SB made much sense.

This entire thread is stupid, I will agree. It shouldn't of been started. The Celts are playing with fire now, going seven games twice, and still not winning on the road. As of now, with the Pats and Red Sox doing well, you are getting bandwagoning. Bandwagoning results in a large number of fans of a given team not being from the same city, and having interest in other cities for other sports. If the Celtics go on and win a title, expect that you will get a bunch of "Red Sox Nation" bandwagoners joining on.

Anyhow, best of luck with things. If you get past LeBron, you then have to face the Pistons. Pistons, Celtics, Lakers. It is feeling like a blast from the past. Anyhow, my hope is that things can be kept on the low a bit here. What is the point of making EVERYTHING NY vs Boston?

Yeah i know what your saying, I am a huge Red Sox and Pats fans and have been for awhile but bandwagoners are just part of how things work, i dont like it but it doesnt affect on me rooting for the teams. I dont have any problems with NY fans as Boston and NY fans are like clones anyways. I can kinda understand Boston vs NY in other sports because of the overdramatization of the Sox-Yanks and the Giants beating the Pats in the SB but i can only imagine how fans on this board would have reacted if Knicks fans made a thread like this when they were very good and the Celts sucked. Even with us winning we have people going around trolling on other teams boards any time someone says something not praising the Celts. Most of the Knicks fans on this site are cool there are just a select few who come off foolishly like i know a few of our fans do to everyone else.

As for tomorrow im nervous but i think if we win which i think they should we match up pretty good with Detroit. The Hawks were too athletic and we were forced to double Joe Johnson because Ray sucked and this series we have to focus on Lebron so much. But against the Pistons we can just play one on one defense on everyone which Tom T likes so he can do other things, now i dont think it would be easy but i do think we could beat the Pistons in 6. Anywways good luck with the Knicks and they should be able to rebuild with a top 5 pick and all it takes is one team to overpay for a Curry or Z-Bo.
