Question about REAL GM Playoff rankings.

Post#1 » by Pancho_Pantera » Sat May 17, 2008 6:20 pm

Chris Paul and Kobe Bryant have been the top two performers of the postseason.

1. Chris Paul, NOH: 242 (22.1)

The NBA's most productive player in the regular season has also been it's best player in the playoffs. He's scored 30 or more points in four games, is shooing over 50% and has a 6.87 assist/turnover ratio.

7. Kobe Bryant, LAL: 189 (20.7)

Bryant's consistent floor game has him playing his best playoff basketball of his career, as he easily has the second best per 40 minute FIC.

I don't get it.

Based on per game averages Paul is first and Kobe 2nd.

On total points Kobe is 7th because he has played less games than Paul and the other players.

I think that's what you are talking about.....
I'm so tired of the typical......

What I don't get is why are they rating plyaers on all points and not on per game basis? What's the point in that?
