I'm about 45% through now and it's been a blast. I can't understand the people hating on this game. It's just the perfect kind of mindless entertainment I need till I find a job for the summer. If ever. Kill me.

Saying a game is over-rated is not "hating" on a game. Just means all the love for the game is unwarranted. OoT is awesome. Best game of all time. I personally like the GTA series also, but to call it better than OoT, you have to be smoking some good stuff.

I play Ocarina many times and it was a pretty good game back then but never thought it's a masterpiece or the greatest game ever created. So i was surprise to read how people raving about it now. It was a peaceful game, you know riding horse, fishing and some great looking graphics (night day time is awesome).

That was then, but now there are many titles out that imo PWND it today such as COD4 and GTAIV. It was no contest....you got to admit, compare OCARINA to GTAIV or COD4 is very childish!! It's JUST a NO CONTEST!!!
