Lakers could offer a combination of Gasol/Odom/Bynum/Farmar and filler.

For example Bynum/Odom/Farmar/Walton

or

Gasol/Odom/Farmar/Ariza

Lakers would still have either Bynum or Gasol, Kobe and Lebron and whatever. That's a dynasty of Celtic proportions......
I'm so tired of the typical......

i think it all depends on if the cavs are able to surround him with talent. kobe stayed with the lakers because he was still young and they promised to build a championship team. the same could happen for lebron unless the knicks/nets rebuild like lebron is already there and he would be the obvious mising piece for a championship.

Why in the world would the Lakers give up Odom/Bynum/Farmar and Walton to get LeBron? The Lakers are in a prime position to win the Finals this season, and we can only imagine how good they'll be next season with Bynum back.

LeBron would kill the triangle, and completely deplete the depth of the team. No thanks... I want to keep the Lakers exactly how they are, just healthy.

I don't know Danny Ferry has proved that he's dumb enough to lose LeBron James. If he can create a good team for LeBron then he'll be a Cavs for life.

Lebron isn't going anywhere. Winning a championship with Cleveland would mean more to him than winning a championship with any other team.

4 other guys + Lebron on the floor = Always a chance of championship

Davis Stern wants him to play in New York so I believe that will probably end up happening. The NBA will find some way to successfully encourage a trade or whatever when the time is right. Just a conspiracy theory here, no facts to support any of it. ;o)

Nets. He's on Jay-Z's nuts way too much. Plus he believes he's from New York and not Ohio. He feels he belongs on NY.

The Knicks - they are gonna plan their next few years around trying to get him. I don't even think he'll be traded - I think they'll free up the necessary cap space, and simply sign him as a FA to a max deal.
