The Utah Jazz have some great fans.. Thanks a lot guys

Deron Williams is a top 10 player in the NBA.. Jazz will be a force for many years to come.. If Boozer had played like he had during the regular season I really think you guys coulda won...

Great series and the Lakers are back in the Western Conference Finals!

As good as we've been, I just can't see us getting beat with Bynum joining the line up whenever he does.

Good times ahead! :D

Great Series, as for the Jazz fans talking smack. Love it, that's what it is all about, makes the game interesting and exciting, makes these forums interesting and exciting. Who would want to read here without any of that??

Well the Jazz proved they are tough and really are tough to beat at home. DW is a remarkable gaurd, within the top 5 PGs in the league and still young. (That reverse layup was incredible). I know they would have whooped any team in the East if they made it to the Finals. See you next season.

Good luck in the future. Every game has been competitive and no one rolled over in any of the games. I'm impressed with your squad except for Boozer for the most part (only one great game). Milsap was annoyingly getting And-1s or getting those crucial offensive rebounds most of the time. Amusingly in this series when a team gets a lead, they end up winning the game and there are no lead changes (ties but no change).

Jazz are similar to the Lakers in that they are mighty hard to put away. Both Jazz and Lakers fight until the end and always makes things close.

Yes, I'm a Jazz fan and yes, I do hate the Lakers, but you guys really outplayed us and beat us fair and square. It was a good series and I look forward to seeing you guys again next year. At the beginning of the playoffs I had you guys as my pick to win the Finals and I'm gonna stick with that. Anyways guys, good luck against the Spurs/Hornets.

Oh, and I apologize to any of you Lakers fans who think that I'm a classless homer. I just love the competition of the playoffs and it's so much fun to talk trash with an opponent you will be playing 4-7 times.

Mad PROPS to all the Classy Jazz fans for their love .
I said it before and I'll say it again .
I think Deron W. is THE BEST P.G in this league . Heart , commitment , sickest cross over and a nice finisher .
You guys that stopped by and showed your class I  to you for your honesty and your respect that you have shown to this board .

Props and best of luck in the future ....

Oh ya one more thing , I felt that if your team advanced to the W/C finals , it was your team that would have won the Chip since once you guys get rolling there is no stoping you .

I know me and you had a couple of heated B.S arguments and I give you props for sticking to your team as I stuck to mine , but it's the nature of this game and thats what a fan is all about , but for you to stop by here as well as other Jazz fans and I did post this on the other thread....

Props Mang to you and your other fans .

Awesome, hard fought series. I hate to see it end. Game 7 would have been off the hook. I would definitely have needed to double up on my blood pressure meds for that one!

Congrats on the series win & good luck in the next two rounds.

A very nice gesture. Things really got heated in the forums, but that's just the nature of the competition I guess (and you have fans from both sides that crossed the line).

My prediction before the series was Lakers in 7, so I expected a rough hard fought series. It pretty much came to passing (minus the 1 game); your team gave us a hell of a fight, with 6 games practically coming down to the wire (especially the last 4 games were nailbiters) and I really admire the spirit they showed in yesterday's 4th quarter... that tells a lot about the team.

I said in the GB topic that I believe this was the best two WC teams fighting it out and I still believe that.

cheers

Thanks, and good luck next season. I wouldn't be too down about this loss. It's never an easy thing to beat a #1 seed, and I suspect that the Jazz will bounce right back. You still have a solid core and most, if not all players will return next season for another run.

I expect the Jazz to be right up there with the likes of NO and LA in the coming seasons, so I'm sure our teams will meet again. :)

The Jazz has what it takes to win a title. Jazz fans should be proud of their team for what they accomplished this year.
You just ran into a team that is playing their best ball of the year and happens to have Kobe Bean Bryant as a closer.
These two clubs will probably battle for the WC title for years to come, along with New Orleans and San Antonio.

Great Series Laker nation. I know people like to bash each of our fan bases with a lot of presumitions but i hope ya'll know most of us only hate you while we're playing you. Win or lose after it's over everyone invited to the BBQ. (Metaphorically speaking only- I am not feeding all of you freeloaders!)

Well I don't think the Spurs will be as tough as the Jazz because you matchup much better with them. You won't face the strong rebounding and the porblem Okur gives from the perimeter against the Spurs. Pau should almost cancel out Duncan, Odom will have a huge advantage, and your bench will own theirs. And of course you'd probably mop the floor with the Hornets. Also, Kobe is just on another level and it's not because he's getting calls again (last two years... no whistle) but he's at a point no one had been in in 10 years (see 2008 minus 10) so I don't think any team can really beat you guys (hoping for no freak injuries). Spurs (next round, Celtics finals) would have the best shot, but I think both WC series would end in about 5 games for you guys.

Like I said, you win in 5.

The fact that you've gone through the Jazz I think will help you against the Spurs. The Spurs however WILL chalenge you more defensivly, so you won't get as many easy layups, but you'll still have a huge advantage that weren't so against the Jazz, like the bench which is SOOOO much better than SA's, and you'll kill them on the boards. Pau matches up preatty good with Timmy, and Odom will have a big advantage feeding off Gasol against either Oberto or Kurt. I don't think you guys will lose in LA, and I think taking one in SA won't be out of reach.

I really, really think you guys have this series in 5. Spurs are old, and the Lakers are just too good, too versatile, young and with the absolute best player and MVP.
