The Bucks can start over from scratch with cap space to sign a FA and retool with young players. Redd is not taking that team anywhere, why continue to pay him the max?

Look at Memphis, they dumped an all-star big for Kwame Brown. Does that help them? Only financially, which is the same offer we can propose to other teams.

I REALLY REALLY don't think standing pat with this team is gonna get us anywhere and doing that would be a disaster in terms of retaining Lebron. He has publicly asked for changes to be made....
