Who Can Dethrone The Spurs?

Post#1 » by MonstaGame05 » Tue May 20, 2008 6:23 pm

Sup it looks like the Spurs are on thier way to another championship and now we gotta put up with this Dynasty talk that there up there with the Lakers,Celtics and Bulls of the 90`s and better than Hakeem Rockets,Shaw and Kobe Lakers,Bad Boy Pistons,Kareem`s Bucks etc.If there is any team left out there that can dethrone them which of the three it is or are we on our way to the inevititable?

Don't get ahead of yourself. The Lakers have homecourt advantage and have been the best team in the playoffs so far.

Skip Bayless said this morning that this was the best Spurs team out of all the championship teams and that he`d put it against any championship team in history. Is this true?

No way. This is probably the most fragile group I've seen. You could really see the Spurs Machine start to creak and groan against NO. Spurs are grinding gears, not running like the smooth efficient team they have in previous championship runs. They are not dominant, if anything I feel they are underdogs against any of the remaining teams.

Detroit and LA can do it. Boston has a chance, but not with the way they've played against Atlanta and Cleveland.
