lol yes, because you know i was trying to make myself important by voicing an opinion..the comment you just showed was a terrible sign of personal weakness on your part..it shows that you must take things to heart that are said on message boards, and that you yourself obviously believe self worth is based on message board posts..great comment, get outta the house, see the world beyond basketball, and get over it, not everybody loves allen iverson, and some people actually have realistic opinions on the guy..i have an unbiased opinion that doesnt agree with yours on iverson, and that makes you sad, im sorry..calling it like it is isnt "trashing"
everything i said was based on your comment about iverson being able to lead a scary backcourt..if you didnt intend for it to come across as you implying that the team could be good with a good backcourt, then what on earth was the point of your comment? totally pointless
Your opinion is fine, I don't care. You stated your opinion, then went on to ramble 3 paragraphs that was misinformative, unneccassary and irrelevant to the post.
Just say it wouldn't be a good backcourt because...instead you trash Iverson's career and everything about the dude. I guess to either make yourself feel better/important or you just flat out hate the guy.

I don't hate Iverson.....I do know that he doesn't fit the piece needed by the Nuggets to take the next step.....that's all. I understand where Twolves4 is coming from, it's not personal, but he's saying the same thing I've been saying for the past year.....AI doesn't fit in here, we need a point....we've got our 2 guard for the future, we've got a young, talented core of Nene, Kleiza, Melo, JR, and a solid, but overpaid vet in K-Mart. Get a true PG.....and see what the nuggets do with there core being more experienced and polished since Andre left.

Melo is a very overrated young player. He plays like a 33 year old ex superstar player. He just shoots jump shots, plays no defense, and leaks out for easy scores on the fast break. If the Nuggets trade for Marcus Williams over Devin Harris they are making a mistake. Sure Marcus is more of a pure PG but he can't guard big SG's the way that he would need to in order to play in the same backcourt as Iverson. He also has no 3 point jump shot and we all know that AI provides plenty of wide open looks for his PG. Marcus Williams would just end up being in a position where he looks better when AI is on the bench causing people to AI bash instead of Marcus Williams bash. Now with Devin Harris he is a capable PG but provides the height, scoring, shooting, ball handling, and high IQ type of basketball necessary to be the perfect fit in the backcourt with AI.

Great another AI hater....
Guys, don t you think we understand half of the thread here doesn t like AI (JR make it smoke the most).
If AI is a point guard suddenly this year why....
1.Because belly George said
2.unfortunately AC or Atkins are not capable of more than 7 assists.
i guess the answer is here, I think AI would nicely fit here, but with another coach.
Denver should trade Camby-Nene for a good PG
Take Emeka Okafor who is a free agent.
