Someone like Rose is essential to having an efficient Deng

Good PGs dont come available that often

Bulls should take Rose & move Kirk to SG

No they wont. Rose is a lock. You don't pass on a soon to be superstar PG in the draft unless there is a dominant center coming out.

As for Hinrich; **** him. I hate everyone on the Bulls and wouldn't want a single one of their players.

I've always been a big Hinrich fan, so I'd love for us to be able to bring him in as a starter.

Did he have a down season? Yes, but I'm more inclined to believe it was just that -- a down season, heck, the Bulls as a whole had a down year.

In fact, it would probably play to our benefit in acquiring him. He had a down year, they've got to extend a few players, and if they are to bring in a young stud at the same position, we might be able to pry him away.

You want someone to defend the other good point guards across the league -- here's your man.

Why the hell does everyone like Duhon?, he's a scrub. He always like 1-10 on his thres and he's not gonna hep us much on D. Kirk Hinrich is an olympian, dont doubt him, he had a bad year. Otis will probably just sitck with Meer though. Do you think adding another scrub point guard is gonna help us??? no.

I like Nelson but would still take Hinrich over him any day. What I don't understand is people complaining about Nelsons defense and then suggesting a guy like Calderon....which is just stupid. If you complain about defense, Hinrich is the guy you want.

Very true. Kirk Hinrich is a big guard who can guarda guy Chauncey Billups. Kirk would fit perfect in our system.

another thing, if you people want Duhon over him thats just crazy..the guy is sooo inconsistent, the only thing that is better about Duhon would be the contract

We have to have bigger guards. That's final. Everyone keeps thinking that Evens is a great defensive player but didn't Richard Hamilton torched our defense with 30+ points a couple of games? Basically, our whole back court needs a haulover.
Arroyo---> gone.
Reddick--> too short (please trade him unless we can get Hinrich or a big guard),
Evans---> not a starter. Either him or Bogans need to go.
Bogans---> see above.
Nelson--->backup or trade please. I prefer a trade.
Dooling--->too inconsistent. I remember his antics cost us a game against the Pistons.

Wow I remember several games this year when Duhon played and he scored in the 30's doesn't sound like he is always 1-10. I found one other game where he started he got 22 points and 15 assists.
I also found this at HoopsHype
A true floor general... Good passing skills... Great attitude on the defensive end.
Just what the Magic need a true floor general and good passing skills and loves to play defense.
Maybe that's the reason that so many people like Duhon. Doesn't sound like he's a scrub just a good backup pg for the Magic.

Chris Duhon only scored double digits in 13 games last season, 13 out of 66 played (18 starts) averaging 22.6mpg...he averaged 4apg and 1.08tpg as well as .7stp...nothing impressive, in fact, Arroyo is statistically better than Duhon because he put up similar numbers in about 3 minutes less per game and he started 2 more games than Duhon...

However....

Yes i'll take Duhon if we have Dooling and Nelson as well...but it's a dream if you think we'll get him economically, he's going to want Dooling type money ($3-3.5 per)...

Well we get him cheaper then Dooling since that was Dooling's old salary Dooling is expecting at least 5 million in his new contract.

That Dooling plan's on getting at least 5 million or that Duhon will cost about what Dooling is making now or maybe what Carlos is earning now. Though I don't think he is going to ask for that kind of money Duhon that is.
Dooling wants the money Evans wants the Money.

Kirk Hinrich always guarded the other team's top scoring Guard.

This can be very tiring & does affect his offense

Kirk was voted captain every season except his rookie year.

I dont really want the Bulls to trade him - but it is a real possibility.

Word in Chicago is that whoever the bulls draft will determine all future Bulls offseason moves.

Thus, drafting Beasley guarantees Kirk will stay. Drafting Rose means either Kirk or ben Gordon are gone.
The gem cannot be polished without friction, nor man perfected without trials.
