He is a good match up against back up guards.

If Okafor did a s/t or if philly wanted to clear Dally's cap then a deal could be made with a starting discussion from what I mentioned above.

mayo does not mean we need to ditch Shad. Just that we can.

Good point. Not saying we have to get rid of Shad as he could be a great 6th man behind Foye and Mayo.

It does open up some options though. We'd have a young player in Shad with some trade value, expirings, and draft picks that would be of interest to some teams.

I don't see Mayo as a PG. I want him starting at the 2. If Shad is willing I would love to keep him on as a sixth man. We need scoring off the bench and he can bring that. Bassy could still back us up at point.

I think we need to see how much these guys are asking and if they are reasonable we can play them all. Shad and Bassy off the bench could be sweet.

We need to try and trade Jaric again but if we can't he can play SG/SF/PG. We will plug him in where needed.
When luck shuts the door skill comes in through the window.
