I think the Utah Jazz might have something to say about that. Thoughts?

Spurs are better.

They have better break down execution also (when their offense breaks down or when the shot clock is low), and their defensive execution is also better.

Of course the Spurs execute the best. How do you think they have all those titles?

From a Jazz fan, yes the Spurs are the best, followed by the Jazz, after that its a pretty steep drop-off, unfortunately for the Jazz, we can't play good enough defense for it to matter.

I would agree they are the best.

It's a result of the combination of one of the best coaches in the league, and experienced players who have played together for awhile. I would say the Lakers are a more talented team in this series, but Spurs are scary because of how well they execute.

As for the Jazz, yes they execute very well and Sloan is an excellent coach. But they are not on par with the Spurs. If their current crop of players stays together 2-3 more years, they might get close.

Kenny's right, they do in general

Not going to every game... it's at least a credible claim

Spurs aren't going away for a few more years, too - SA will be getting younger and re-tooled in the coming off-seasons, combined with development of the younger players. Beginning with this coming summer.

Only in the first half. They are a poor 2nd half team, probably because of their age.

The Spurs when they're on one offensively are unbeatable. They are a model team.

When they're hitting threes. But its also why they are so streaky, they rely on that outside shooting too much.

I say the Lakers right now. The run the triangle as well as any team since the 72 win Bulls. They probably have the best group of passers in the NBA. They seem to get a good shot almost on every trip. The Spurs offense sometimes can look pretty bad.

Utah runs the most precise offense but I would rather watch the Lakers in the triangle than Utah run there offense.

The Pistons? Are you kidding me. The Pistons offense only looks good against bad defensive teams. Once they play a good defense there lucky to get in the 80s.
