OMG, I can not agree more. What really pisses me off too is that Wise got the loss. I hate how they figure losses. Sure it was the one guy Wise left on base who was the go ahead run but that run is not what lost us the game. It was Aquinos 3 Earned runs and the damn slam he gave up which allowed Wise's ER to score. Screw Aquino and Screw the damn rule that says it should be Wise's loss.

Yea I wouldn't mind bringing up Capellan. What is really nice is so far it looks like we have tons of pitching waiting in the wings this year. Check out these stats from our AAA affiliate:

There isn't many hitting prospects available down there besides Braun really but we are deep in that category in the majors already. But to me, we have 6-8 guys who could be brought up in case of injuries and in case guys end up sucking like Aquino.

IMO Capellan doesn't deserve to get called up after the way hes acted after coming to camp looking like a cow and pitching like a girl. IMO Sarfate or maybe someone like thatcher gets the call. IMO Aquino i was on his bandwagon at first, but he has screwed us over twice now and yost better not put him in again. Bring up thatcher or sarfate now!!

Brewers made a mistake last year in the 3rd round of the draft...
We took Cole Gillespie (an outfielder...why?) with the 92nd pick.
Two picks later, 94th overall, the Mets took Joe Smith. This guy is the real deal (see stats in sig). He sat down Andruw Jones swingin on 4 pitches in a bases loaded jam that he inherited. He only had around 47 innings pitched between single A and Double A last year for the Mets and made the opening day roster.
Only reason I pushed for the Crew to take Joe is because 1) I've seen him pitch plenty and I know what he can do (I worked for the baseball team at Wright State while Joe was our closer) and 2) I know him personally. Joe is definitely a third round pick with first round stuff. How often do you come across a sub-sidearmer/side-armer that throws 94 MPH consistantly?
But yet we allow Greg Aquino to be part of our staff and trade for another average reliever in Dessens without allowing our young arms (not named Capellan) get a chance in the bullpen. Guys that are ready. Sarfate is definitely ready IMO.
Once again, check out Joe's stats in the sig

this had to happen, we have too much talent to throw games away
I agree. Turnbow's lack of consistancy last year taught us a lesson. Had he not blown, what was it, 9 saves we would have won the NL Central!

i couldn't believe that yost brought him in yesterday to begin with...but hey, learning to send him down this fast is good for me. i think capellan would come in with an axe to grind and mow 'em down. but i'm happy to see someone else (sarfate, eg.) I agree with dessens as well, a lousy pick up, only here cause he's a lefty
