I hate the Spurs but I'd rather see them in the Finals than the Lakers. I don't want to see a Boston vs LA series. There will be too much luvy duvy talk from the sports stations.

I don't hate Bruce Bowen because he's dirty. I hate Bruce Bowen because he doesn't fess up to being dirty, and when he makes a dirty play he puts his arms up like he's innocent.

Drama, arrogance and hype sells in all of pro sports, the Spurs are a bunch of hard-working, professional, mature and laid-back individuals that has nothing to prove, they're the antithesis of American society. This is the main reason they are not liked, ognored or are indifferent to the the American media, they have no individual players that create drama, even Tony Parker with his association with Longoria is a very private, reclusive individual.
