Can we clear up our draft picks situation?

Post#1 » by Calinks » Fri May 23, 2008 6:30 pm

What future picks do we have coming and going?

I know we still owe the Clips a pick, what's the protection on that? Is it top 12 next year? Full lottery?

What about the pick we got back from Boston? Is that next off-season? The off-season after?

Did Miami give us a first or just a second in the Ricky D. deal? I don't remember.

What picks will we have in the next couple of years?

Wait so we got our pick and the Celtics pick in the KG deal? So w will have two first rounders next year if we finish under the top ten?

That was my understanding. We got our pick back and their 2009 pick. We could potentially have 3 first rounders next year, depending on how we and Miami end up.

Three, if Miami is also outside the top 10.

Yea I believe the only picks we still owe belong to the Clips and the Det switch in the 2nd round.

Or potentially only the Boston pick if we do well, and Miami falters.

So barring 2 of Boston's big three being out most of the year, we're most likely going to get Boston's pick next year.

If we land a pick outside the top ten, we lose it to LAC right?

If Miami lands a pick outside the top ten, we gain it right?
