I'd go with Durant too.
But I have to say it's interesting watching the tide change in the forums. Once Oden went down I think everyone penciled in Durany for ROY and I think he earned it but there was a lot of hate this past season on Durant. I don't know how many times I read the word "chucker". Or a 6'9" Jamal Crawford.
Now I see tons of love for the kid.
But the kid has worked hard and I don't think he is going to let up. He is going to be a freak.

i dont get this...
so the majority so far think Durant > Rose .. i actually agree.....though the majority of the people here have Rose >>> Beasley.
So basically most people think Durant > Beasley ??? .. why? i just dont see it.
Both were equal monsters statistically. Durant will score as well as he did in college..though his lack of NBA body, frame, and strength will probably stop him from ever putting up those monsters rebounding and shotblocking numbers being that he will be playing the 2 or the 3.
Beasley on the other hand has an NBA body and the strength to play the 4...the monster rebounding and shotblocking numbers will translate to the NBA better. And hell get those easy baskets to possibly shoot around 48-50%.

Exactly, Beasley is a 6'10(maybe) post player, Durant is a 6'10(with incredible wingspan) wing player....
Thats a very narrow way to look about it, but I think that says a lot.

So Durant is ahead of Beasley for having a less developed body?
Lol.
And how are you so sure that he will put on strength/weight anyway?
I can't wait to see Beasley play next year and once again prove the Durant lovers wrong.
First they thought Durant was a once in a generation player at the NCAA level.
Beasley made that look like a joke and I think with his NBA body and post skills coming out the gates as a raw teen, he will make the same folks look foolish again.
Maybe this time though he won't get robbed of the hardware.
