Eerily similar stats here for 2007-2008 playoffs against MJs 29 year old Playoff run.
MJ at age 29 in the playoffs (91-92 Season) averaged
30.1 PPG (51.9 FG%, 83.2 FT%, 27.0 3P%)

6.1 APG
Kobe at age 29 in the Playoffs (07-08) so far is averaging
31.8 PPG (50.4 FG%, 81.3 FT%, 27.4 3P%)
6.1 RPG
6.8 APG
Pretty much exact stats, no need to write about the differences, as you all can read im sure.
Kobe's ppg stick out, as well as MJ's fg percentage. Both put up Godly numbers, will Kobe's end in a ring? Time will tell, but it is looking like a big possibility.
Interesting point is Kobe already has 3 rings, at the age of 29. Who knows how many he could end up with.

I don't see why we always have to compare Kobe's performances to Jordan's in order to legitimize them. Kobe is playing at a level that only the greatest players ever have played at and he's winning. It speaks for itself imo.
Kobe is really close to MJ right now in terms of his play, but MJ still played at a higher level alot longer. I think Kobe can get into the Bird/Magic realm in the next 5 years though.

You think Kobe will multiple MVPs and Final MVPs? Definitely possible with his current team but a reach.
