I really like Jameer...I was thinking more of a Hinrich-Jameer combo

Not really. I don't see Hinrich as being an effective 2 and I don't think we need him over Nelson. I wonder what Otis is trying to give up to get him and why he would be interested?

Are you saying that people are NOT interested in Hinrich?

WE NEED HIM ON THIS TEAM.

"expected to make a move" means nothing more than that the article's author thinks it could happen

You know what I hate about Realgm, they always put bs opinions as their headlines. For example, this story on Hinrich. This is just opinion and speculation. They need to separate the bs from the actual news. It pisses me off.

We have nothing of value to offer, Chicago is loaded with talent, all over the place...

Chicago should package Kirk, BG, and Gooden (maybe a future 1st) for Brand.

Rose/Duhon
Hughes/Thabo
Deng/Noc
Brand/TT
Noah/Gray

That looks pretty sweet.

with the amount of talent they have on their roster they could seriously trade for 2 legit all stars while still keeping rose and deng and having a decent bench.
During the Wizards' rout, a heckler yelled at new Knick Steve Francis, "Hey Stevie, Where are you going next?" Francis turned to the fan and quipped, "To the bank."

chicago is probably going to want a veteran player with an expiring contract for him. Hinrich's salary is pretty high, so with so much talent they're gonna start paying through the nose to keep them all there. Time to cut some loose ends.

Magic might not have much to offer. People saying he's not an upgrade over Jameer need a reality check though. He had a down year, but if he can get anywhere near back to what he was two years ago, which isn't too much of a stretch, he'd be a great player on this team. A bigger defensive minded PG that can take care of the ball and run the offense. And he's not that bad of a shooter either (minus this past year).

I doubt the magic have the pieces to get Hinrich. However, I believe that he would be an upgrade over Jameer.

If Hinrich is truly available, the Magic have to at least give the Bulls a call to see what it would take.

I don't see the Bulls trading Kirk to an EC team...especially the Magic.

Unless we trade Jameer, this would be dumb. Neither is clearly better than the other. Kirk is a lot worse offensively and Jameer is a lot worse defensively.

This article from the Post is nothing but the writer's speculation. He has no facts to back up anything. Decent article if you're looking for his point of view but not if you're looking for insider info.

Maybe we'd be interested, maybe not. Hinrich is better than Jameer but I don't think we could pull it off without losing our shirts here. We just aren't a deep enough team right now.

Hinrich 2 years ago was so much better than Jameer its not even funny. He a tremendous defender and before this year he looked like he could be a upper tier PG.

The only thing Jameer does is make jump shots. There nothing else about Jameer that I really like. Is there something else that I'm missing.
