Getting arrested for having an open bottle of alcohol and a bit of weed on you is just unacceptable.

Am I a pothead? No. But I'd sure as hell rather lock up fascist-minded people who suggest more government control and punishing people up for seeking simple pleasures that don't cause harm to others than "potheads".
