question on marco

Post#1 » by Komodo » Sun May 25, 2008 5:02 pm

Hey guys, just wondering what your thoughts are on Belinelli? He didn't get much playing time last year, I am curious about his availability. Is there anything on the Raptors roster that you'd like for MB?

Marco is untouchable. He won't be traded.

Well, he hasn't been used much last season, so why would we trade him with so much potential at his early 20s.

Marco can be traded for the right pieces but yeah I would do it for Moon or something like that.

He doesnt have so much potential. I see his ceiling at 16 ppg if ever.

We know next to nothing about Beli and you would gift him AND Al, a good rotation player AND Kosta, another young player we know nothing about for the #17 in what appears to be a pretty weak draft? Get lost with you weak sauce.

"We We We"

When you meant to say "I I I"

I saw Kosta plenty with KK... he's terrible. Beli can't defend/dribble/pass and can't even create his own shot well. So please, speak for yourself on your own knowledge...

Meanwhile Al's a 2 year, 19m role player who craps out by about game 40-50 in our running system. Couldn't afford to lose that!

Who needs financial flexibility anyways? I'm happy with seeing waiver wire guys, minimum signings and D-Leaguers too

Patrick O'Bryant is great. Marco Belinelli is trash. I love how people come up with this shite.

Yeah... fortunately enough, I know a place where we can pick up long, inside playing 7' players with great wingspan... we don't need to invest any time in getting anyone who's not 100% ready.

But a 6'5, slow, no handles, no D SG? He's amazing... Don Nelson said so... he said he has stardom written all over him

This wouldnt be near as pathetic if Beli could even get off his own NBA shot... Belinelli is garbage, and as usual, twink leads the charge of the braindead who refuse to recognize what a physical asset is...

Its sad to see so many STILL fooled by Don Nelson... doesn't take much I guess :dontknow:

actually 510,

imma jump in on this one..

belli isnt garbage.. hes a young player ..ehm.. young european player who has a lot to work on..

he can dribble.. so that comment was wrong, he actually has nice handles.. hes very careless with the ball thoguh so i guess thats where you come up with the "cant dribble thing"... with work his defense can become adequate.. he looked a lot worse because guys arent fearful of anyone on our team in the inside so he was getting driven on at will..

all that aside tho i doubt anyone thought coming in he would be a good defensive player.. his value is on offense.. ive seen him play when i was heavily in to watching euroleague 3 years ago, and hes a good talent.. he has the ability to get hsi own shot..sorta ginobilli esque.. well atleast in euroleague he was doing this..

this was probably the worst team he could ever get drafted too because we dont play defense at all,and chucking up shots is rewarded instead of a structured offense where you are forced to play to your strengths.

im not a apologist i just dont think hes being given a fair shake, if next year this same thing is going on, then ill start to get worried, but i gave mike d 3 years till i turned on him, so ill give belli that same fair shake..
