You gotta be kidding me. Jeff is tough as a nail. You think Stan has the guts to hang on to Mornings tighs? You think Stan can straight up absorb Camby's sucker punch to the jaw without crying? Jeff is the better coach, commentator and fighter easily. I would say SVG has the upper hand in Romance, Sex and porn.

maybe I'm a homer but.. I think they're equal coaches. SVG just havent coached as long.. JVG is a better commentator and Stan the Man would beat have Jeff hangin on his leg

From the things JVG says when he commentates, it seems like he's not even a slow-paced coach. every analysis he makes involves speeding up pace or getting early shots before the defense sets up.

It's almost eerie.

I actually think Stan is a better coach, he hasn't had the opportunities that Jeff has had, but he has still had a lot of success.
'
Jeff is a better defensive coach, but I think Stan has a better all around coaching theory.

Both are great on the Mic though, both are really funny, Stan is a little less sarcastic it seems, but he will open up about his teams and his players which is a breath of fresh air.

Jeff in the street fight.

I think Jeff is a much better commentator. In fact he's actually become one of my favorite guys to listen to because he's brutally honest, but also a pretty funny guy. He doesn't take himself to seriously.

JVG is a better coach than SVG relative to their respective eras (Jeff in the 90's, Stan in the 00's). JVG's problem is he hasn't adapted particularly well. If he'd open up the offense a bit, instead of playing that same old clock management game I think he'd be a much better coach. But until he does that I'll give an edge to Stan. His philosophy seems better suited to todays league and he appears more willing to adapt.
