Ray Allen is fine where he is.. Doc just needs to put a better offensive game plan in.. Too many Iso's for Pierce..

I think they should set some screens for him and when he is open coming off of the screens Rondo should learn how to pass the ball. I am tired of seeing passes to him that are about two seconds late.

I really don't think there's much that they can do. Ray is getting a lot of open looks, but he is passing up the open shots. And, when he does take the shots, he misses in bunches. Keep him in the lineup, and he has high expectations that he can't meet. Bring him off the bench, and he's not going to get the same types of looks, from KG & Rondo feeding him. The only thing I can think of is to buy him a month's supply of Extenze and hope that it actually works. Once you lose your confidence for that long, it's hard to get it back.

It would make more sense at this point. Maybe start Posey at SG.
