Sorry , i misread the question. When he said, "your team" i thought that he literally meant that you were on the team.

Anyways, who would actually believe that they have an effect of the outcome of the game? That is not a superstition, that's called being a moron.
You might as well be a guy who says , "I'm a huge Raps fan, which is why I don't go to their games, watch them on tv, or associate myself with anything Raptor related just in case i jinx them."

These guys are the best athletes in the world..They work so damn hard to be where they're at.

They aren't going to rest the fate of their championship in some kid watching the game.
