so who would be the choice for u guys? it looks like it would be between speights, d. arthur, and donte greene. arthur is too much like sean williams, greene is too much of a sf, so speights would prolly be the choice. or you could package the 10 and 21 and trade them to the sonics so they could get augustine and reunite him and durant. then u guys could take anthony randolph or brook lopez to help out down low.

I really hope they pick Arthur at 10. Just take a look at what he did in that NCAA finals game. He reminds me of Horford in some ways. If he ever puts it together, he could be a very solid PF in the NBA

REgardless the Nets are really stockpiling on talent, which will come in handy in the long run

Not the greatest way to judge a player. People said the same thing about Joakim Noah.

:-? While you are right to about being careful not to put too much on a final four appearance, Noah hasn't done anything to suggest that he wasn't worthy of going where he went in the draft.

I think he would go at least 6th if the draft could have been re-done.

In no particular order, off the top of my head I'd take Oden, Durant, Horford, Thaddeus Young, Sean Williams, Daequan Cook, Mike Conley, Yi Jianlian, Rodney Stuckey, Nick Young, Glen Davis, Carl Landry, Al Thornton over him.

Are we talking about the same Daequan Cook that shot 38% from the field last season? There are other ones that are highly questionable. There is no doubt that if they redid the draft Noah would still be a top 12 pick in this draft.

Yeah and Noah's points all came from mid-range jumpers. There are guys in that draft that put up near or similar to his numbers in lesser minutes.

Danilo Gallinari 6-9 220 SF Italy 1988

so whats the chances of NBAdraft.net's present pick coming to jersey...

edit: he's been up there for awhile...I know during workouts---this is the time where rumors start and mock drafts change...

Well, last year they had us taking Stuckey. The year before that it was Oleksiy Pecherov and Farmar. The year before that it was McCants. They were correct in 2003 when we took Planinic.

I don't know about you guys, but I want NBAdraft.net to be wrong on our picks.

If they dropped Speights down to 21 (which won't happen, but for argument sake) I'd be ok with those picks. Walker in the 2nd would own too

I should send you my Scalabrine jersey to wear. I guarantee you'd be the only one there wearing that!
