Nothing...except how far they're planning to take it.

I'm sure Beasley could get drafted and then purposefully suck, but that would be really dumb on his part and would show how much of a whiner he is.

Honestly, most people have preferences on what team they want to play for but they don't care, they care about getting paid millions of dollars.

I'd work in Antarctica for 8 months of the year if I'm getting paid a few million per year.

If you're in the NBA, you have succeeded, most players don't care where they play.

SOME players could take it that far, but most of them are already rich and have been in the league for many years like Vince who decided not to try in Toronto.

Even if you could do this, it could lead to a nice decrease in pay.
