First of all, his name is Derek. Secondly, Sasha flops a lot. Fisher flops occasionally, but he takes way more legit charges than he gets accredited for. Contrary to popular belief (amongst non Lakers fans), Fisher plays pretty damn fantastic positional defense, hence he gets many opportunities to take legit charges.

And I say you still want to feel how soft their skins are dont you Gonzo while they're laying on your Laker pillow ? Is that right SON ?

I just want the Lakers board to know that Gonzo here owns a Laker pillow that he offered me earlier on the Cs board so I can cry on it............ Very Nice of him but I find it a bit odd for a Cs fan to own a Lakers pillow.
Just playing Gonzo............ You know Pierce and Sam C. are known for flopping too dont know?
And I agree with you Sasha is a emberassment when he flopps but its a Euro thing, he's good at it since he's been hanging out with Paris Hilton a lot .............
You know she flopps a lot to when she goes out clubbin in LA.

haha.. yea i notice Paul Pierce has been flopping quite often... one of his favorette tricks is when he penetrates, he whips his head back and push his chest foward right when he gets next to the defender to make it seem he got whip from behind. He seems to do it two times every game and it always works. A pussy play, but eveyone seems to be flopping these days, especially old players who just can't compete no more.
Sam Cassell is notorious for those running into ur lane and using his back to bump into u and pretend to trip.
Our players got to watch out for these cheap tactics that will be use against them.

Foul trouble hurt his FPG in Game 1, but he made it up in a big way.
The above F counts as 6.7:
1: the initial fall. Excellent effort with the loss of balance. Very believable.
2: the wince on the floor. Great execution of the patented Sack Face.
3: the grasping of the knee. This centralized the audience's vision to the point of contact. Very affective.
4: being walked off with each arm around a teammate.
5: being LIFTED by teammates. Human props.

6: to emphasize the inability to place pressure on the afflicted area, the subject mounted a wheelchair. Mechanical prop.

0.3: upon returning from the locker room, the player rubbed his knee, leading us to believe the area was still feeling sore.
0.4: in the postgame interview, the player stated that he refused an MRI. This verbal flop served 2 purposes: (1) refusing medical treatment is often associated with "tough" individuals, and (2) this eliminated any chance of a non-injury being exposed to the public.

For the game I had him at 9.3, above his postseason average coming into the series. And again, if not for foul trouble, surely this figure would have been MUCH higher.
Overall a brilliant execution by Pierce. This is the sort of thing legends are made of. I must say my respect for this player is growing by the game. He is bringing out new material and really showing what he's made of when it matters most. I must give credit where it's due. Can't wait to see what new material he's saving for Game 2!
