I sort of agree, but just because he's SHOULD get better doesn't mean he's going to. I think there's a legitimate question whether or not he has the Jordan/Bird/Kobe work ethic where he works harder than everyone else in the offseason and practice, not just to become the best player in the league, but to remain the best player in the league. His admitted goal is to become a global icon and a billionaire, not to be the best player he can be.
By all means, once he hits his prime, he'll most likely be the best player in the league. Will he end up being better than Kobe? His upside says that he'll get there, but I don't think it's a guarantee.
