Lakers.
PG: Magic Johnson - Best passer ever, one of (if not) the most versatile players ever, one of best FT shooters ever, great leader, solid rebounder, likes to steal, and knows how to run an offense to perfection. Oh, and my all-time favorite player.
SG: Jerry West - Good all around offensive player (and clutch as hell), in addition to being a good defender. Good might be an understatement on both ends of the floor.
C: Shaquille O'Neal - No one can stop him, not in his prime.
SF: Kobe Bryant - You know why.
PF: Dennis Rodman - I know, he wasn't a Laker for very long (at least not in the years that he dominated -- the question wasn't specific
), but we already have a ton of offense, and this guy was a monster on the defensive end in his prime.
6th man: Kareem Abdul Jabbar - This was a tough one. I wanted to say Wilt, but you can't deny the skyhook master.
Coach: Pat Riley - Imagine him motivating Shaq even more while he's in his prime? Crazy.

Pay no mind to the battles you've won
It'll take a lot more than rage and muscle
Open your heart and hands, my son
Or you'll never make it over the river
