How much would NBA players be worth ?

american football could be better compared to the champions league...both in fanbase and endorsements and tv rights....but then again, the US is pretty much the only country where american football is a top 10 sport.

Saying american football is a top 10 sport in the US is like calling Tiger Woods a top 10 golfer. In reality, in the US there's football and then there's everything else. Even the NFL's least valuable teams are worth more than all but a handful of soccer teams.

It's beautiful how many of the top footballs teams have the fans as majority shareholders, thereby allowing them to control ticket prices and make sure that families aren't kept out of the stadiums. Would something like this ever be able to work in North America?

Most European cities have more than one football team. That hurts the valuation of each team.
