Boozer is the significantly better rebounder, and much better offensive player around the basket, West is better defender, better midrange game but not by much, and he didn't have the injuries Boozer have.
Boozer is a rarer commodity but like what's been said, he needs a defensive center beside him, I think Utah will have at least the same success with West replacing Boozer, NO will be better with Boozer instead of West, that team will have 10+ rebounding advantage.
