Haha, well Miami can have a joint ceremony, they can retire Shaq, Tonie and Kobe all on the same night. 8, 24, 32

the only way Kobe's jersey would be retired by another team, is if he won multiple championships and dominated the NBA..

sure, he's dominated the NBA from an individual standpoint in years past, but this is the only year where he has done it from a team standpoint..Jordan's # would have never been retired in Miami if he hadn't led his team to so many titles, it's part of his legacy and a huge part of what made him so great..6 titles as a #1 option is just amazing..

They'll just take an average of the two numbers, so actually number 16 will be retired.

They'll just retire one most likely 24. Then the Lakers will never allow anyone to wear 8.

Hahaha yeah #8 should be retired or they could put one jersey up in the rafters that say #824.
