Wade & Zo Signing

Post#1 » by GameTime_3 » Sun Jun 8, 2008 5:35 pm

Wade And Zo Signing was at Pubix Today,IF anyone is interested in 5 dollars off ZO Summer Groove tickets let me know. But Back to my point, Wade looks a little skinnier but is not What most expect right now. Zo, On the other hand looks great and when asked if he is coming back, His response was "Hopefully everything goes good and my heath stays good". Wade also for the first time gave me the impression that he is getting " Really really cocky" The guy is great, but when your head blows up to much, People tend to forget what got them to that level and the hunger you need.

For one, kids would be screaming on the side that could not get in and he would not even look at them. Some where little kids that just wanted a picture of wade and the would not even turn to them. I cameup to him with a Pair of shoes,His Limited Black and gold ones and he didn't even know what they were,Some girl that was with him ask"When did those come out" and his response"Your asking the wrong person". Also a couple of people told him good luck and stay healthy and he would just roll his eyes. He may of been in a bad mode but from the first day i met him, till now he seems like he is changing for the worse. the only reason he has money is because of the fans.

Yeah I've noticed an arrogance about him every time I've seen him in person, and have heard some stories (he bumped into a friend of a friend in a club a couple years ago and spilled her drink on her. When she screamed he turned around, saw what happened, and preceded to walk away.) Its unbecoming and is the total opposite of the image he has in the league, but at this point what can you expect?

Were they the ring ceremony shoes that he didn't recognize? I'd block those out too if I were him.

Also, was he really straight up rolling his eyes at fans in direct response to their get well wishes? That would be pretty bad.

"the only reason he has money is because of the fans."

That's not true, but I get what you're saying. I hate to say it, but I think it's human nature. I can't judge someone like that, because I think after time, it would happen to all of us..on some level.

Sounds like Wade is turning into a prick like Jordan. Don't worry It's Game Time I'll call up my boy Kimbo and have him smack him around and pop that hot air balloon head of his.

And if that doesn't work lets hope his game starts to become more Jordanesque just like his personality.

Does anyone thing they would be the same after being a "nobody" with NO money, with a busted wife, and with a kid in college..to becoming a house hold name in this country, winning a championship, finals mvp on a team with Shaq on it, multi millionaire..hot woman throwing themselves at you all the time, etc..I hope I would stay grounded, but sh*t..I doubt it man..

^Same, I'd like to think I'd remain the same humble person but all that power with the world at your feet would be enough to get to anyones head.

When you realize how easy it is to get sucked in its amazing when you seeing someone like David Robinson still being a stand up guy.

in games last season you can notice WADE
arrogance a little(arguing every call, not trying on D sometime ,maybe it was the injury ) but that just my opinion ...

However much success may have "gotten to his head", I am sure he relizes that coming off a 15 win season, playing in 50 games 2 years in a row, not even one vote for all NBA, and how fast this sport jumps at the new hot thing(Chris Paul) and forgets stars who fall even a little bit(which Wade kinda has)...all his endoresments, fame, etc will dry up if he has another injury riddled season, and isnt a top 8 player again and lead his team back to the playoffs..

And as much as we may be nervous that Wade is a free agent in 2 years, it is also a GREAT thing for us, because Wade cant just use his name to get a new deal, in 2010, if he wants the max contract he knows these next 2 seasons he must dominate, or NO TEAM will offer him a max deal..

So, point being said..I see a return if healthy to the Wade of 2004-06!

LMAO, Wade would be fine without the Heat, the Heat would be likely be in shambles without Wade. Who's in the position of power?

The only way that 2010 free agency looks good is if Wade has a horrific injury, other than that I don't think there's a single person out there who would want to see Wade testing the market.

^

What I am saying, is if he has nother injury plauged season, you can not be serious to think a team will give max money to a player who can't stay on the court, thats all I am saying. Believe it or not Wade DOES have a lot to prove next season.. Which is good for us and him!

If Wade played 60 games in each of the next 2 seasons I would bet in a era when Rashard Lewis gets the max, that Wade would indeed get the max.

I hate to say it, but you and Wade are dreaming if you think Wade can have another injury plauged season of 55-60 games for the next 2 years, and his team miss the playoffs in those 2 years(which will happen if he only plays 55 games)No franchise unless they are complete morons would give a guy at 28 who hasnt played in more then 60 games over what will be 4 years in a row a max deal. We can agree to disagree, but Wade DOES have a lot to prove next season, which goes back to what I said is good for us and him..

Maybe Lebron will be injured the next 2 years and then we can sign him to the MLE in 2010, Bosh too...
